Garwyn, the UK's leading specialist liability adjuster has promoted Iain Milne to the position of Branch Manager for Durham, supporting claims investigations in the North East of the UK.  Durham is one of Garwyn's national network of offices, giving insurers, brokers and businesses access to crucial local knowledge along with specialist claims handling and investigation services.

Bringing over 20 years insurance industry experience, 10 years of which as a liability adjuster, Iain has spent the last 7 years with Garwyn.  He brings considerable experience in a wide range of Employers Liability, Public Liability (trauma and disease) and Product Liability claims for Lloyds underwriters, composite Insurers and direct insureds.  This has been both on a cradle-to-grave and investigate-and-report basis, across a diverse range of industrial and commercial risks. He also has experience in Risk management and loss prevention surveys.

As Branch Manager for Durham, Iain heads up a team of six, delivering sound technical knowledge combined with a strong focus on customer service.
